United States of AmericaThe location of Guesthouse Sunna was perfect; right across from the Church and bus top 8, which is a main pick-up point for excursions and Fly Bus connections to the airport. Amazing restaurants, shops and museums are easily walkable and the accommodations were quaint, comfortable and affordable. Staff are very friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend!

Close to bus stop 8 so pickup for tours and airport was so convenient! The staff was so helpful and pleasant! We chose the breakfast option and would do it again! If we go back I will be staying there!

This (Hallgrimskirkja) was a common pickup location for tours, so it made it very easy to hop on various bus tours during our stay. It was also only about a 15-min walk to the main bus terminal, which was useful for catching bus transport to and from the airport. It was clean and quiet, and there were multiple small communal kitchens that were well-equipped. A grocery store was a five-minute walk away (on the rainbow street). Bathroom was shared for us, but was clean and well-maintained.

There are many options to choose from in terms of restaurants, shops, etc. The guesthouse is all you need if you are looking for the best location in Reykjavik. The breakfast was also on par.
