United States of AmericaBreakfast is excepcional. I had some local fish and skyr, plus a lot of bread variation. Staff is friendly and helpful.
United States of AmericaEveryone working the front desk was beyond kind and helpful. They gave us suggestions on places to see and eat, also when any of our tours/trips changed they contacted the desk as well and they would relay to us as well! The location is great, you’re one block from the main shopping and restaurants. Overall best hotel we stayed at.

United States of AmericaGreat location downtown. Was able to walk to all main attractions and restaurants. Olga and Staff were all friendly and helpful. Free parking was limited. I left my car in my spot for the 2 days. Has 2 large lounges. Rooms were nice and had coffee and wifi.
United States of AmericaSpotless room/bathroom. Amazing breakfast spread, well worth the 18Euro or so since the city is so pricey. Super-friendly staff, always smiling, especially at breakfast and the lovely Olga at the front desk. Great location at the far end of the shopping/restaurant street. Last pickup and first dropoff for tours....Had a nice sitting room in the lobby, but not much to choose from other than bottled drinks. Wifi good. Reasonable price for the room, which was small but easy. Close to major bus station and hotel tour stop #13 for convenience for excursions.
United States of Americavery nice place the lady at the reception was extremely helpful and accommodating
CanadaThe room had everything I needed in a compact space -- comfortable bed and pillows, desk and chair, storage closet, easy chair, and private bathroom. The lighting was good. The staff were very helpful, even providing me with a small refrigerator, as I was isolating there for 5 days due to Covid. The breakfast buffet was great, in a spacious room so I could go down late when it was uncrowded and isolate in a corner. A good location, it was an easy walk to the waterfront and to restaurants for takeout.
United States of Americagreat location. breakfast was good. room was clean. its a little small but we were ok with that.
