Farm Stay Frakkur Guesthouse

I think, this property is underrated. All is nice. It is clean, spacious, full facilities (even using the washing machine is free). However, the price is quite expensive, it could be because of the location, a bit far from the city (Town of Vik).

The guesthouse was very warm and cozy, with plenty of space and free laundry! As a solo traveler, I enjoyed the feel of a quiet guesthouse compared to all the hostels I have been staying at on my trip. The shared kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, and utensils to use, and everything was very clean. It was a bit off the ring road which I loved because I got an incredible show of the Aurora Borealis!! Check in and out were easy and quick, with a friendly host and an even friendlier dog at the "reception," which is just the host's residence. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Iceland!
