Location is great; close to the metro and the Vatican, but just far enough away from tourist crowds. It's comfy and convenient, and Flavio was a kind and helpful host. There is a shared kitchen where you can make coffee, and it's a bit more of an apartment experience than a B&B.
United States of America109 SUITES ROMA offered a nice place to stay really close to the Vatican City and lots of good restaurants to have breakfast, lunch or diner. The apartment was clean and just opened for hire. The bed was very comfortable. Iron was not available but after one phonemail also this was quickly arranged by the owner. Closely the appartement is a parking garage (which we made use of), good to find out the exact location before you start searching.
