The apartment is at the groundfloor. It is very bright and comfortable. Its surface is 60 m2 with a dining-room, a little kitchen, one kingsize bedroom, one twin bedroom, a lumber room, a bathroom with shower, lavabo,wc and bidet. It has been completely restored in 2008. There are: refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, hair drier, iron, TV; the kitchen is completely equipped. In a 3 minutes walk there are supermarkets, bakeries, gastronomies, restaurants . . . .
Our home is near Arsenale and few meters far from Giardini, the seat of the exposition Biennale. The apartment is in a very quiet area but with a walk of 15 minutes you reach S. Marco Square. It is an area out of the "usual ways" of the tourism.
