It’s possible to take a very close bus or metro to get around the city from side to side but our advice is to walk just about anywhere and discover historical alleyways, romantic restaurants and hidden corners that will remain in your heart forever! Located on the ground floor, the apartment features two cozy double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. The living room is a warm and inviting space, equipped with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a large dining table perfect for shared meals. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine to ensure maximum comfort. Two bathrooms with showers provide practicality and convenience, making your stay even more enjoyable. Our guests will enjoy free access to air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, and fresh bed linens and towels. Upon request, we can provide a baby cot at no extra cost. We look forward to hosting you for an unforgettable stay! Tourist Tax 6.00 euro per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in. For arrivals between 20.00 and 23.00 there is an additional cost of euro 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without prior agreement and it is subject to availability. On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from/to the airport.

Just a 2-minute walk away, you’ll find the tram n. 8, which takes you to the heart of Trastevere in 10 minutes—one of Rome’s most authentic and lively neighborhoods—and reaches Piazza Venezia, the city’s true center, in 15 minutes. From there, a pleasant walk will bring you to the Colosseum and Roman Forum in just 10 minutes, while the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps are about a 15-minute walk away. Reaching the apartment from Fiumicino Airport is simple—just take the train to Trastevere Station and walk for only five minutes. Alternatively, from Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport, you can arrive at Termini Station and take the H bus to the Trastevere/Pascarella stop, which is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Upon request, we offer a convenient private transfer service with a professional driver who will wait for you at the arrival gates and take you directly to the apartment’s doorstep.
