Veryyyy amazing hotel😍😍😍😍 Kind staff , especially Giovanni , even we couldnt arrive till check in time , he was waiting for us and was very kind to us. Rooms and the hotel by itself was very beautiful and creative, the view from the room was amazing 😍 Breakfast was good Room was very clean Location was well, we walked from Santa Maria Novella train station for 15 minutes by walk and the road was very secure. It is also close to the city center and to the famous bridge.

The unique furnishings and art works with an unparalleled view directly onto the Arno . A building filled with Consulates and we were on the top floor . Superb staff who were friendly and supportive of us . Breakfasts were a delight . Fast wi-fi .

This was a perfect place to stay for our first night in Florence, it was a quick taxi ride from the airport, and a super comfortable room. We were helped with securing a dinner reservation at a good restaurant on a busy holiday weekend night and had a wonderful meal. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. We had a view of the Arno river which was fabulous. All the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.
