Location Cleanliness Amazing staff Bathroom was like a spa

The hotel is very nice, I liked that it is thematic and the rooms are called as the elements. The location is good. It is very modern but has an antique touch since it is a cave on the rock which makes it very unique and nice.

The breakfast was very good - great selection and even salty option (which is not a given in Italy). The location was amazing and the views outside the room as well. The lady who checked us in drew us a map how to navigate through the Sassis which was very helpful and without it we would have missed out on a lot of things. She also gave us a list of restaurant recommendations, which we used and lead us to eat at a great restaurant that was not pricey at all.
