The apartment was beautiful and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. Their guidebook and food suggestions were wonderful and we had a great time. The location is farther away from city center and at an elevation.

Great self contained room and courtyard in a very quiet residential area on a hill away from the centre of town. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, a restaurant with amazing food and views is within walking distance further up the hill. The owner happily picked me up from the railway station which was great as it would have been a decent walk with luggage.

First of all the kindness of the owners. They know how to take care of the guests. Then the room is quite new (modern style). The house has a great color combination. You have almost everything that you need during a vacation. The place looked safe and is a very relaxing anf quiet zone.

A few steps down you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the gulf of Poets. You can relay on a host family, a nice young couple who can advise on neighbouring sights, transport as well as local food. Close to Portovenere and a good place to start an adventure with 5Terre.
