The holiday house "A due passi dai Sassi" is a nice apartment located in the heart of Matera, ideal for families and couples who are looking for an unforgettable holiday in the European Capital of Culture 2019. Its strategic location allows you to reach the most important places of the city. Public services can be reached on foot. You'll find: supermarkets, chemistries, cinemas, theaters, restaurants and historical and cultural interest sites. Everything you need is at hand. Excellent value for money.
My name is Antonella , I am 45 years old, my structure is a Vacation Rental, is not a B & B , I'm the owner of this establishment , graduated in Law and married with three children , take care of it personally me to contact my clients , from ' beginning of the stay to the end , and when they need , long time of the day up with my tourist friends , i do not live in the structure , but they are helpful and always accessible for any need .

For its location is the ideal accommodation for your vacation in the city: it is located opposite the bus stop to the city line, a few meters from the place where part of the Bruna del Carro parade to the cathedral and a few minutes walk from 'main entrance of the Sassi. Cave houses, caves and ancient civilizations. A millennial history. Sasso Barisano, the Civita and Sasso Caveoso, a unique setting. The Sassi of Matera have gone from national disgrace in a world heritage site. They are the old districts formed by simple houses dug into the soft tufa rock. An extraordinary architecture. Matera together with Sassi, offers visitors a unique landscape.
