ItalyMost of the staff was very niche and helpful. The breakfast was somewhat limited for a 5 star hotel, but very tasty. The pool was large, with a great view. The bathroom wall was made of glass, also alowing a nice view of the silhouette.

GermanyHow friendly and helpful the staff was. Misunderstanding with the spa treatment but we was compensated with a surprise bottle of champagne which I thought was nice of them. Very clean, tidy, good English, breakfast included, nice location.

We ended our stay with the Spa ( probably the best and most breathtaking Spa ever ) and steam room and sauna and swimming pool. If we could stay our whole Italy trip here we would. Also situated close to everything on the Island. Please Please Please come and see this magical place. In the famous words “ WE’LL BE BACK “ and In Afrikaans.... DIT WAS VREK LEKKER... PRENTJIE MOOI
