Set in Verona’s centre, just 350 metres from the Verona Arena, Hotel Accademia offers air-conditioned rooms in a convenient location. Free WiFi is available throughout. The property is set in an historic building, once acquired by the world-renowned tenor Giovanni Zenatello, whose guidance brought the Verona Arena in 1913 to the status of world's greatest opera venue. The Accademia’s rooms, once frequented also by the opera singer Maria Callas, are spacious and well-appointed. They all offer satellite LCD TV, tea and coffee facilities, as well as a minibar. A breakfast buffet is served every morning and includes both sweet and savoury options. The attentive staff are available 24 hours a day and can organise guided city tours and tickets for museums, theatres and the opera. A free internet point is available in the hotel lobby. A parking garage is available on request. Accademia Hotel is just 250 metres from both Piazza delle Erbe and Juliet’s house, made famous by the Shakespearean tragedy. Verona Cathedral is a 10-minute walk away.
