The property was located very convenient (7 min walk)to the central train station and a 10 or so minute walk to the Coliseum, where one could get on one of the On/off Buses that can take you all around Rome. This makes it easy to first decide what sites you would like to see and get there and back to where you need to be. Felice was amazing and very helpful especially with his suggestions on where to eat and on how to get to the Vatican by the metro. Great just to talk with.... Thank you and Arrivederci Italy! Until next time!
United States of AmericaFelice was a great and helpful host, the location is very central, best positioned for all the main sights, all within walking distance. The room we stayed was clean, cozy with all necessary included (iron, TV, fridge, private bathroom, private balcony, coffee machine, a large sentiments of tea and others). If we ever come back in this amazing city, we will definitely stay here again.

EgyptFelice's hospitality was impeccabale. He is warm and helpful and goes out of the way to help you. Really felt at home and comfortable. It is also an easy walk from the Termini station. Get the right exit and you hit the straight road leading to this place with a suitcase. Right at the Termini station is also the drop off and pick up point for the airport shuttle buses at just 6 euros. In all fantastic place. Don't think just book.

CyprusThe location is convenient, but about a 15-20 minute walk to major attractions. It is well worth jumping on the local buses so you aren't walking 15-20kms a day... as I tended to do in Rome. The owner, Felice, was very accommodating, and we appreciated his tips for the city - especially his restaurant recommendations. The room was large and while the bathroom was pokey, it was sufficient and normal for Italian hotels.
