To make an unforgettable holiday for guests as possible, the structure consists of an infinity pool with solarium, surrounded by olive trees, a heated jacuzzi to give couples a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. It has a covered part with a wooden pergola where you can light the embers to enjoy grilled meat or heat the environment and make it convivial. A wood-burning oven where you can make pizza or focaccia and a large table where you can enjoy breakfasts or aperitifs outdoors. It has 4 double bedrooms with private bathroom and a small terrace. Private and free parking but above all it allows you to reach the sea and the village of Vezzano in a very short time, taking advantage of all the services designed and studied for the structure.

Neighborhood info

Ara dei Pre is a structure that was born from a dream of a family from Vezzano who one day, during a walk, comes across an old ruin (former convent), falls in love with it and so asks the elderly owner to use it as a home for the their 2 donkeys. Every Sunday little Alessandro and his brother went to feed their donkeys until they decided to ask the elderly owner to sell them the old convent. From that moment began the challenge of the Linari family to bring the structure to new life. Back in 2002, almost for fun, they hosted friends on vacation and it was on that occasion that they realized that the destiny of that structure was to become receptive, thus calling it Ara dei Pre (Aia dei Preti).
