Friendly, peaceful town within 30Kms of Florence. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakery and gelateria are all here for you if you don’t feel like travelling. People are friendly, area is safe, views are amazing, prices are reasonable.

Me, my husband and 4 month old baby stayed at this resort for 5 nights while we saw the Mugello MotoGP. We was only the second guests to have stayed at this brand new hotel. I can not recommend this place enough, everything in this hotel is finished to a very high standard made up of 8 self catering apartments with a salt water outdoor pool and indoor spa you can book out for an hour to yourselves which comprises of a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and relaxing area. There are multiple outdoor areas to relax and have dinner including a BBQ area around the pool. The views from this place are unbelievable, being set high in the Tuscan hills, you have panoramic views of Dicomano! The owners Stefano, Lisa and Nicholas are possibly the friendliest people I have ever met, they couldn't do enough for us, going out their way to help us find parking for the race, booking us restaurants and just generally being helpful with Information to make sure our holiday went smoothly. Breakfast is continental and includes a fresh honeycomb tray direct from the local bee hives, which tastes amazing, fresh croissants, fruit, meats, cheeses, cereals and cakes! Nicolas was kind enough to give us a tour of all the rooms as they were empty the day we was leaving and all are just as good as each other, very roomy, very suitable for families/friends/couples that want a quiet relaxing stay. The hotel is around 40min drive to the mugello track, 5min drive to Dicomano town which has a few nice restaurants, cafes, supermarket and ice cream parlour. I will be telling all our friends and family about this little gem and will be returning next year.
