So charming, out of a dream. The owner Alex was amazing and the location perfect. We loved the day trips and loved just staying on the property with the amazing view and Tuscan buildings. We will definitely make plans to stay here again.

NetherlandsAlessandro was a great host! Couldn’t thank him enough. He welcomed us at his restaurant to check in and took us through the details of the property once the arrived. The villa is spacious, very clean and accommodated the 12 of us collectively comfortably. The host was on hand with any questions we needed answering and made our stay very easy. Highly recommend to anyone needing a large space for a group or family get away. Views are incredible and so much land with the property.
AustraliaThis lovely old farmhouse is in wonderful peaceful countryside, yet within very easy reach of Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena. There are 4 big double bedrooms and the pool looked lovely although unfortunately the weather was not hot enough during our stay to use it. Our 3 year old was very happy exploring the grounds. The owner Alessandro was very helpful

L' odierna azienda agrituristica "La Quiete" nasce nel medioevo come una casa-torre messa a guardia della vallata che divide Monte Voltraio (un tempo sede del castello del Vescovo) dal comune di Volterra. Lotte frequenti fra i due contendenti ed il bisogno di controllo dell avversario avevano reso possibile la nascita di numerose torri di avvistamento nel territorio. Oggi, una volta restaurata, la struttura offre appartamenti freschi e totalmente condizionati, con una rete wi-fi totalmente accessibile dal cliente. Una grande piscina salina di 14 metri per 5 inserita fra un parco disseminato di olivi è a disposizione degli ospiti.
La struttura sorge nella vallata formata dal monte di Volterra ed il monte Voltraio. A poche centinaia di metri scorre tranquillo il fiume Era che nasce poco distante. La zona rende possibile visitare numerosi paesi autentici gioielli di storia a breve distanza come San Gimignano (29km.), Volterra (6km.), Colle Val d' Elsa (27km.) e Certaldo (36km.) Ma anche Siena, Firenze e Pisa sono raggiungibili in un' ora al massimo.
