A wonderful place to relax. Carlos was an excellent host in all respects. The view of mountains and countryside from our large terrace was superb. The pool was large and heated to a perfect swimming temperature. The ability to self cater was a bonus although local restaurants were available.

Agri Tripala is a countryside oasis, ideal for family holidays. You can relax by the swimming pool, sunbathe on the terrace or go mountain biking or walking in the spectacular Apuane Alps. Situated in the Garfagnana National Park, the farm is an ideal base if you want to visit the historic towns of Tuscany, including Lucca, Pisa and Florence. The coast is only a short journey by car or train, so you can explore the beautiful fishing villages of the Cinque Terre or of the cool Versilia and swim in the azure waters Every Monday and Thuersday, we organize (on request) evening meals for guests, including home made pizza and organic local food, cooked and prepared by us. In the nearby medieval villages there are pizzerias and restaurants serving tasty local cuisine 8It is necessary a reservation) – and wines made from grapes ripened on the nearby hillsides. The apartments have breath-taking views of the mountains and hill top villages. The owners, Carlo and Sylvia, speak English and are always on hand to help if you need any advice Outside: The swimming pool is shared and the size is 15m x 6m. Carlo and Silvia farm organically, producing extra vergin olives oil The surrounding gardens are particularly beautiful in spring and early summer, with colour and scent from the many rose bushes and peonies Coast Beach 5 Terre 67 Km, Lerici 57Km, Massa 60 km, Train station 3km

What makes interesting my area? ...peace, tranquility, the starry sky, the wild nature of North Tuscany, the Apuan Alps, the Apennines, the walks to the nearby villages where you buy fresh milk directly from the manufacturer, trattorie and small grocery stores, dairystores , Mount Argegna, Carpinelli Pass, Fivizzano, Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, the railway line to Lucca with panoramic views of Garfagnana and the Devil's bridge in Borgo a Mozzano, the Wind Cave in vergemoli, Gramolazzo lake , Orto di Donna, Pizzo d'Uccello, Lucca one hour by train, Porto Venere and Lerici near La Spezia, an hour and half by car, the 5 Terre reacheble by train from Aulla, the flowered garden and the pool of our Agriturismo, the tasting pizza cooked in a wood oven by Carlo ( Monday evening) or aperitif evenings prepared by Silvia (Thuersday evening); the unique atmosphere!
