The property is 43 km from Merano, 40 km from Bolzano and 35 km from Trento. SUMMER IN VAL DI SOLE Summer in Val di Sole is pure emotion: this area of Trentino is an authentic natural gym for many activities that you can undertake in complete safety. For example, if you love strong emotions, you can indulge in climbing, climbing up to the peaks of 3000 m and above, rafting, canoeing, hydrospeed, canyoning and tarzaning, if you prefer exciting sports but less adrenaline, you can devote to healthy walks in the famous Natural Park Adamello-Brenta or Stelvio to discover flora and fauna, Nordic walking, cycling or mountain biking.
150 KM OF EXCITEMENT - A LARGE SKI AREA WITH SKIS ON YOUR FEET The ski connection at the foot between Folgarida Marilleva, Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo, allows skiing on a single ski area of 150 km of slopes and 62 lifts in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites. It is possible to reach the ski area directly from Val di Sole thanks to 4 cableways: two directly from Folgarida, one from the centre of the valley, and precisely from Daolasa and one from Marilleva. The CAMPIGLIO DOLOMITI DI BRENTA Val di Sole Val Rendena ski area also offers the possibility of skiing even only in the Folgarida-Marilleva area, which has 25 modern ski lifts and 36 ski slopes for a total of 62 kilometres of slopes, two of which are illuminated for night skiing: an authentic paradise for alpine skiers and snowboarders. The Skiarea, thanks to the 8 seats gondola with boarding plan directly from the stop of Daolasa Commezzadura, integrates perfectly with the Trento-Malé-Mezzana railway, creating a "road-rail-mobile" system: the first in Italy!
Monclassico once also included the mountain hamlets of Bolentina and Montes, today the two villages of Monclassico and Presson following the merger of the municipalities of Dimaro and Monclassico, from January 2016, are part of the new municipality called Dimaro Folgarida. At Monclassico, the fruit-growing boundary passes by. In 2002 he started an interesting project to make Monclassico the town of artistic sundials. Since then, nationally and internationally renowned contemporary artists have made in July of each year 5 solar clocks on the outer walls of buildings and houses in the country and to date there are 50. Since 2008, the first bio-lake in Trentino has been open in Monclassico: a natural open-air swimming pool, whose purification is guaranteed by aquatic plants and microorganisms, with ample space for games and recreation.
