The location is very close to the Vatican about a 8 minute walk. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and wanted to make sure your stay was excellent! Lovely freshly prepared breakfast

This property was well beyond our expectations. Danilo was super responsive to all of our inquiries during the planning phase and his help was indispensable while we were there. I truly don't think we could have visited Rome for the first time without his help. The B&B was in a great location and so close to the Vatican area. Our beds were comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed in the room. The breakfast was outstanding! It was hearty and delicious and filled us up to start our day. To top it off, Danilo was just very warm and kind. You can't beat this place!

The hosts are more than amazing, the best I have ever met. Warm, hospitable but professional. Beautiful room with a clean bathroom. Great location especially when you like to visit Vatican and Sant'angelo. Saint Peter's square is right next to it. Safe and peaceful neighborhood, as it is located across the river.

We were welcomed with open arms by Danilo and Giulia who helped us with getting to the place, figuring out public transportation, and how to get tickets to the Vatican museum. This was incredibly helpful as a first time visitor to Rome. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Giulia remembered our breakfast preferences every day and was always warm and friendly. Rooms were clean and attractive. The location is very close to the Vatican, so this is an essential place if that’s where you are planning to go. I really can’t stress enough how much we enjoyed this stay.

Danilo and Yulia are wonderful hosts, very attentive and willing to help guests in every way possible. Our room was big and facing the main street. There are two small groceries stores adjacent to the property and a few restaurants for a quick bite. We were able to have our laundry washed overnight at a nearby laundromat which was great as we had been traveling for 2 weeks in Italy and wanted to have our clothes clean for the next part of our journey. Breakfast was plentiful and Danilo worked hard to make sure we were happy with the food and service. There is a common kitchen at the B&B that can be shared by guests and a small beautiful terrace to eat outdoors. The best feature of the B&B is that it is within walking distance of the Vatican, in fact right outside Vatican City walls which was perfect for us because we had several tours to take in the area.
