Clean, great location and elevator once your in the building. Very nice host.

United States of AmericaI loved the generosity of Singor Claudio. He was a kind man to talk and visit with and I wish I had spent another day or two in Lucca just to talk with him. He went above and beyond to serve unexpected needs that came about with regards to transporting and picking up our luggage from the Tourist Information Center, and driving us to the train station because of the rain, whereby, it was a holiday and the taxi drivers were not available. I know I will return to Lucca and stay at this lovely B&B.
United States of Americathe location is unbeatable. the owner is a charming man who lives in lucca and knows it well. there is a lovely laissez-faire atmosphere... when I needed a dr the owner volunteered to call his own for me, and when I checked out he insisted on driving me to the train station. all in all, I had a wonderful stay, highly recommended

Easy access to the train station, easy access to walk the wall. We loved it. Especially loved Claudio, the owner. He's a "good boy" as he was fond of saying about all of us. A great host. And the young lady that handled breakfast & all the cleaning etc was wonderful as well. They are a great couple working together. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

There is free parking near by if you have a car, be sure to reach out to them and ask where. (Avoid paying to park) The room was absolutely beautiful. I will absolutely stay with them when I return to charming Lucca.
ItalyLocation of the B&B is excellent. The owner also gave us information on free parking in the area. The room we stayed in (#1) was big enough and the bathroom size was also fine. We did not opt for breakfast with our stay but still was offered a cup of coffee in the morning which was nice. The room has aircon. The value for money was very good.
