- The flat is clean and Spacious - 2 minutes walking from train station - 5 minutes walking from main attractions - Supermarket is in the same building _ lots of Italian restaurants on the left side - Staff talking English very well and kevin is very fast in responding and ready any time to help

No breakfast, as this was an apartment. Kevin, the key master, was very patient as of course we got turned around returning our rental car (driving in Florence is a challenge as much is off limits). This place is nearer to the train station than we thought, but that was fine. Extremely convenient. We were traveling as four adults, two parents and two adult sons, so we needed the space (two bedrooms).

There was bad smell and when i contacted kevin, he advised to close Master bedroom window and that worked. I advise to keep that window closed in order to enjoy your stay

It was advertised that there was a toaster but there was none. The cleaning products were not useable,no kitchen towel ,we had to purchase our own.

The apartment has a little bit noise at morning because of the bus stop, but only in one bedroom. The staff didn't answer quickly some questions during our hosting. There was a lot of mosquitos in the apartment.
The apartment was clean and had a good space. Everything worked perfectly. Near the train station and market.

I didn't realise this place could accommodate up to 6 people, it's very spacious with one en-suite double bedroom and one twin room plus the double sofabed in the front room. It's really bright and clean, the kitchenette is quite basic but we only stayed for 2 nights so didn't bother cooking...still more than enough if cooking something simple. So close to the train station, a decent local supermarket right downstairs, not far to walk to the Duomo either. It's a really good location to just walk around to places in Florence, bus stops downstairs and outside of the station of course. Living close to the station would make our journey that much easier, on the last day we walked to the station to store our baggages then left for our final little tour in the city. Highly recommended!

We were missing only one thing from the kitchen, a toaster. A bit noisy at night but not really interfering with sleep
