The lodging is well located for exploring Venice on foot. The room and bed was very comfortable, and the staff/owners are very friendly and helpful.

It is a comfortable and clean room in an apartment (the owners live there too), with a private bathroom and A/C (which is a must in the summer months). Breakfast with biscuits, sweets and Nespresso/Tea is a nice way to start the day. Nevertheless, the place is steps away from many bakeries. Friendly reminder: it is not a hotel, therefore it is not possible to leave luggage before scheduled check-in time. Not a problem since there is a luggage check-in in Santa Lucia Station. And also, small pieces of luggage are the secret to any Venice location.

FranceOur room was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The building itself was a gem and the whole house the room is in is beautiful. The location couldn't be better with everything in a short walking distance and so many bars and osterias/ trattorias and bacaro on your feet. The owner is very helpful and let us leave our bags in the house until very late the day we were leaving.
