He is on hand to offer advice local advice. Aldo provided food items and several bottles of water which made it easier for us as our arrival time was late and after local shops were open. “This apartment is amazing, it exceeded all expectations. Stayed for 8 nights but wish we stayed longer. The view from the balcony stole the show. Day or night, sunrise or sunset it was unreal. Located in a quiet gated community and just a short walk to the closest beach. Porto Rotondo was also easily accessible by car or a 15 minute walk. The host was on hand at all times to help with any questions and recommended many things to see and do all over the island, not just the local area. Very knowledgeable. “Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato all’Alma Del Mar per 3 giorni. Siamo partiti con aspettative molto alte, ma mai avrei pensato ad una casa di questo livello. La cosa che più mi ha affascinata e che più mi mancherà sono le serate sulla terrazza, cullate dal rumore delle onde del mare. La casa è molto pulita, accogliente e arredata con la cura dei dettagli. “Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es war alles sehr sauber ohne irgendwelche Mängel. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön da man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer hat, man kann den Strand zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und lädt zum verweilen ein, man kann dort sitzen und die Aussicht genießen. Es gibt auch einen Grill den man benutzen kann. Der Vermieter (Aldo) hilft einem wo man Hilfe braucht, er gibt Tips für typische Landesküche oder organisiert Bootsausflüge nach La Maddalena oder auf kleine Inseln. Aldo organisiert auch Weinproben, jeder Ausflug war schön und hat sich gelohnt. “Siamo stati accolti da Aldo, il proprietario della casa, una persona davvero cordiale e ospitale. Location pazzesca sotto tutti i punti di vista. La casa, ben arredata, offre dei gadget veramente sopra le aspettative (impianto stereo/tv B&O, barbecue Weber sul terrazzo, elettrodomestici Miele ...). La posizione è unica, una vista da cartolina ! Un minuto a piedi per arrivare a spiaggia Ira e comoda anche per raggiungere il centro.
