Staff are friendly. We were able to find almost everything we needed. The view from the outdoor poor is amazing and the indoor spa area is well equipped. Quality of meals from the kitchen is way beyond our expectations. Best breakfast I've ever had and dinner was good too.

It serves South Tyrol and Mediterranean cuisine, plus fine local wines.
