FinlandThe location is perfect, just 2-3km from the big sites of Rome, but out of the way of the worst tourist traffic. The rooms are characterised with art, and a lovely balcony terrace (nice even during the winter). The breakfast at the property is also excellent, and the staff is absolutely lovely.

Their customer service was excellent, staff were super helpful and friendly.Breakfast served in the rooms was simple yet very tasty. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

FranceThe location was easy to find, is close to public transportation (including the metro), and has several bars around to easily pick up food. The hospitality was outstanding. The manager (I believe his name is Alessandro) gave clear instructions for check in/check out. He spoke both English and Italian, and was super helpful. Additionally, he graciously offered us a delicious breakfast and delivered to our room every morning. My husband also worked from his computer throughout the days spent there, and the wifi connection was great. The balcony with table was also very relaxing when he needed to take breaks. All around fantastic. And will keep this place in mind for future trips to Rome.
