A modern BATHROOM with two sinks, a large shower stall with glass windows, equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer and set of clean towel ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: - LATE CHECK-IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20 euro, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30 euro. - SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! - Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM - 08 AM), upon arrival and departure. - STAY TAX, NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION is to be paid in CASH at Check-In. - At Check-Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers. - If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Housekeeping are at a cost NOT included in the reservation fee. - Possibility of NCC upon request.
