The accommodation is furnished and equipped with dishes, sheets and appliances (television, washing machine, hairdryer). The kitchen is equipped and the table can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture and sun lounger.

I've been studying architecture and working in the construction industry. I've been using this home since I was a kid when I want to relax and spend a few days away from the chaos without leaving too far away from where I live and work. In the summertime I often come to the post-work to spend the end of the day in a cool place far from the summer heat of our cities.

The area is comfortable for Lake Maggiore, which during the summer offers the possibility to make itineraries by boat, water skiing, canoeing, diving or try more modern activities such as flyboard. The house is also a great starting point for walks in the middle of nature, away from the chaos and frenzy of the cities, which offer breathtaking views. In winter you can ski in the summit of Mottarone, which in summer is the ideal destination for trekking or montain bike tours. The Stresa Golf Club is less than 1 km away. Not far away is also Lake Orta populated by historic villages overlooking its shores and large vintage villas. The house is located five minutes from the motorway entrance which takes less than an hour to the fascinating Milan, or on the renowned Lake Como.
