This is one of the cleanest apartment I have seen! The view is great! Full kitchen included but wash machine is missing to make it complete. Wifi is offered but it's not really working or very low speeds( GSM based). The owner is very friendly!

The house is in front of Lake Iseo on the side of the forest, in a traffic-free street with covered parking. The apartments were built in 2016, one on the top floor has a beautiful view of the lake and garden, the one on the lower level has a very large terrace and solarium garden. The house is furnished in modern style, each apartment has a bathroom and kitchen, a bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need, refrigerator, stove with four burners and microwave. Each apartment is equipped with both a dining table inside than the outside dining table. Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV flat screen 32 '' Unfortunately the hotel can not accommodate persons with disabilities as to reach the roof garden you have to climb a flight of stairs. The two apartments are located within a private residential complex comprising of villas and properties are the only rent apartment of the complex. In the apartment are not allowed animals.
Our family lives on the lake always, we are founding members of Sportaction the famous sailing and windsurfing school, where our guests are welcome and can learn or practice (with confidential rates): Windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, stand up paddle. They can also take advantage of lunch with a beautiful lake terrace. Besides the lake we are mountain lovers, trekking, climbing and mountain biking. We can accompany you or give you all the information to visit the area. Our children are both very sports and members of the 'GAM TEAM' swimming team of the great world champion Giorgio Lamberti. We live in the house in side to the apartments of which share the garden, in the garden there is a small vegetable garden from which guests can pick vegetables in season. it will be our pleasure and privilege to accompany you on the hill of San Lorenzo a few meters from our house, from here we will show you a wonderful view from the balcony of the little church of San Lorenzo.
Our apartments are the best choice for sports tourism and relax on Lake Iseo. Located at the Rocca di Castro, on a roof garden on the edge of the woods, enjoy a beautiful view on the high lake and the 'Trentapassi', the mythical mountain with three peaks characteristics. scenic walks, mountain biking, climbing, windsurfing, sailing, Canoeing, Stand Up Paddle, rock climbing, Flying engine seaplane on the lake, paragliding. You can visit the magnificent Palazzo Tadini with its Museum in Lovere (2 km), the Basilica of Santa Maria in Lovere (2.5 km), the Sanctuary of the Saints Bartolomea and Vincenza in Lovere , the canyon of Park Tinazzo Castro (1 km), the Cold Valley in Endine (6 km), the Hermitage of San Defendente in Solto Collina (6 km), the rock carvings heritage in Capo di Ponte (25km), the rock pyramids in Zone (25 km), Monte Isola the largest lake island in Europe (20 km with boat).
