Una casa molto tranquilla, con un comodo terrazzo dove è possibile mangiare e fumare in tranquillità, al riparo dagli occhi indiscreti. La notte è silenziosa, farete dei bellissimi sonni! Pochi minuti per arrivare alla metropolitana, in poche fermate sarete a San Pietro o alla Stazione centrale (Termini). Possibilità di parcheggio recintato per l'automobile.
Mi piacciono cinema e teatro. Sono regista di una compagnia teatrale amatoriale. Amo la musica degli anni Settanta e Ottanta. Ho due figli.
La zona non è centrale ma molto ben collegata (metropolitana e molte linee di autobus). A pochi passi palestre, piscina, campi da tennis. Zona commerciale, con negozi per shopping, supermercati, ristoranti.
