They are very welcoming, and personable. Gave suggestions for excellent restaurants in the area. We would gladly stay here again.

United KingdomThe hotel was easy to find as I took a taxi…I did not get the check in instructions but called and got all the information I needed to check in.the room was lovely, but comfortable with nice bedding and furnishings. The breakfast was nice, the typical continental breakfast. The location was perfect as it was far enough away from the rivers of tourists but still near most everything. Sharon, who manages the B&B was very helpful.

Location is great - within walking distance of sights, food and all that Florence has to offer. Rooms are clean and spacious, included a small safe and refrigerator - even the bathrooms were quite nice. Included breakfast was delicious - lots to choose from - and having a cappuccino made for us each morning was the best way to start our day. The best thing about this place is Sharon, the front desk manager. She made check in and check out a breeze and was so helpful throughout our stay. She was lovely with all of the guests. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on and she was a just a joyful presence to be around. Came to Florence from Rome and it was a much needed respite. If we get the opportunity to return, will definitely stay here again.

ItalyThe location was perfect! Florence has so many great areas and Antica De Benci is in one of them. It was easy to find and had plenty of really good restaurants. Sharon and Upul were the most gracious and gave excellent instructions for checking in. We loved meeting the other guests at at the lovely breakfast each morning.

We were there in beginning of October and the temperature in Florence was very warm.Walking distance to Duomo and so much about 15 minutes easy walk. Breakfast was great. Would definiteley stay here again.
