Il residence vanta un ampio giardino comune dove si trova una piscina grande e molto graziosa con doccia e vista lago. Dalla zona piscina, attraverso un cancello privato, si accede direttamente alla passeggiata pedonale a lago, alla spiaggia comunale dotata di servizi igienici, docce, parco giochi per bambini, bar, beach volley e altre attrezzature che renderanno il soggiorno più piacevole.
ALTO LARIO La parte settentrionale del Lago di Como, conosciuta con il nome di Alto Lario, è un'area ricca di storia e di natura, dalle bellezze paesaggistiche incontaminate, che danno alla zona una precisa identità distinguendola dalle altre terre comasche. Terra di antiche usanze ha saputo sfruttare al meglio la vicinanza con la Svizzera e con i paesi del Nord Europa diventando meta di turisti amanti degli sport acquatici e montani. L'alto Lario offre occasioni di svago e di arricchimento per tutti i gusti e tutte le esigenze. Da Menaggio verso nord, il paesaggio del Lago di Como da idilliaco si restringe e si fa più selvaggio, per poi, come d’incanto, riaprirsi in un ampio giro d’acque alle quali fan da sfondo una cornice di monti e valli alpine.
