The host Gianluca was the nicest person ever! He was very communicative, made sure I had everything I needed, booked my wine tour for me, and made sure I was well fed every morning for breakfast. This was one, if not the best service I experience during my Italy trip. The room was also everything I needed and very comfortable for a solo traveler like myself who likes her privacy. All very clean and the location was perfect because it was away from all the hustle and bustle of the main city.

Gianluca was very warm, welcoming and accommodating. He sent us a helpful video to find the place, he provided us with more than enough breakfast (both in terms of choices and amount!), and on the morning we left before breakfast started he left us some pastries in our room and took the time to show us where we could store our bags until we had to catch our train. The room was big and clean, it had everything we needed. We were about a 30min walk from the city centre, which we felt was quite convenient. The B&B looks like it is on a busy road, once you’re in, it’s super quiet. We would highly recommend B&B Terrazza Belfiore to anyone looking to stay in Florence.

Sig. Gianluca is very dedicated to guests. Always ready to explain his guests all details they are interested in. Breakfast was on the model "what do you wish" and with high quality. Room wad comfortable and always clean. Gianluca also helped us to find very secure parking garage on 5 minutes from the apartments. This apartment I recommend very strongly.
