Villa Aranci , a villa of the late 18th Century , is located in a strategic position, few meters from the new commercial center “ Blue Garden “ with supermarket, shops , restaurants , 100 meters far from the lake and the beach with a comfortable bike path, and 700 meters from the historic center, the sailing club “ Fraglia della Vela“ and the Congress Center “ Palazzo dei Congressi “.
