A two-room flat sleeping 2+1, it is located 200 metres from the main services, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, tobacconist's, newsagent's, and takeaway pizzeria. The beach L'Isuledda is about 1500 metres away. The beginning of the pedestrian zone in the evening can be reached by a pleasant walk, about 300 metres. Flat is well equipped for those who want to cook at home, air conditioning. Bed linen and towels included the first supply, 14 euros the next change. Two-room flat on the first floor consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine, small living room with kitchenette complete with fridge, single sofa bed, outdoor patio with garden table and chairs and sun umbrella. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, wifi, flat screen satellite TV, microwave, electric oven, electric kettle, street parking next to the house. At check-in guests will find a courtesy kit containing a toilet paper roll (no additional toilet paper rolls are provided), three rubbish bags, dish cloth and floor cloth, dish soap and hand soap. We do not provide oil, salt, pepper and sugar due to hygiene issues and Italian regulations.

In the immediate vicinity are markets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacconists, newsagents, pharmacies and discos.
