The apartment features everything you need for a comfortable stay. Towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price. This pleasant 45 m² apartment includes: _ Bedroom with double bed _ Living room with sofa, dining table, and decorative fireplace _ Kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, and all cooking essentials _ Bathroom with shower _ Air conditioning _ HD TV (possibility of access to Amazon Prime Video, Netflix) _ Free Wi-Fi _ Direct access to the building's private beach through an interior door IMPORTANT! Please note that the apartment is located on the lakefront, on the top floor (3.5 floors). The different floors are divided as follows (by levels): 18/13/22/20. There is no elevator. Possibility of renting a garage (subject to availability) a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
It is located in the center of Menaggio, a 3-minute walk from the pier from where boats and ferries leave to visit Varenna, Bellagio or Como and also a stone's throw from shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Nearby there is also the port, water taxi and boat or scooter rental.
