“The apartment is located in a great place, very close to restaurants with amazing local food. It also has a real Venetian vibe, as you're sharing the house with the citizens of Venetia and have a chance to taste what the life in the city looks like. The entrance filled with memorabilia of a gondolier is just amazing. A very nice terrace allows for wonderful evenings outside. Also, a manager of the place is a wonderful person who share her knowledge of the town as a local person. We appreciate the hospitality, good communication and a local vibe of the place.”

“Die Wohnung ist unter dem Dach (2 Treppen hoch) und sehr großzügig: voll ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Schlafzimmer - nur das Wohnzimmer könnte etwas gemütlicher sein, aber das wird durch die angeschlossene Terrasse wettgemacht. Die Fotos im Internet geben das realistisch wieder. Die direkte Umgebung des Apartments ist wohltuend authentisch und nicht allzu sehr touristisch, dennoch ist man zu Fuß rasch auf dem Biennale-Gelände oder dem Markusplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Vaporetto-Anleger sind gleich um die Ecke. Der Gastgeber Alberto gab uns im Vorfeld Tipps zur Anreise sowie zu Restaurants in der Nähe und antwortete während unseres Aufenthaltes umgehend auf Fragen. Von Sylvia wurden wir am Vaporetto-Anleger trotz Flugverspätung freundlich erwartet, zum Apartment begleitet und eingewiesen, sodass wir uns gleich willkommen fühlten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”“0”

“Superbe appartement dans le quartier du Castello.Accueil sympathique de Silvia qui nous attendait à l'arret de vaporetto.Apres avoir visité le quartier pour arriver à l'appartement , Silvia nous a donné pleins de bons conseils. L'appartement est très propre et très bien équipé. Il y a meme une petite terrasse , bien agréable. L'environnement est très calme.
