“Luca's apartment is very very nice and in a perfect location close to the Scuolo San Rocco on a street with numerous little restaurants very close to the Piazza where the buses come in from the airport. Luca met us when we arrived although we almost missed him, and entry might have been complicated had he not been there. Once we "got the system down", it worked perfectly. Breakfast was provided at the bar next door and served to us by a lovely woman who greeted us warmly each of the 6 days we were there. Luca also provided a much appreciated bottle of wine. His apartment has everything a traveler needs and more. We appreciated how responsive he was to questions we had as well.”

“The best place I ever rent. Wonderful appartement, very well furnished. Ideal place to stay for a couple. Need to be in a good shape because it's in the 4rth floor without elevator. The is a small terrasse that allow you to enjoy sunset on Venise roof and churches. Very quiet place in a building at the end of an alley. Everything is new and need. Completely well furbished with everything to cook. Wonderful kitchen and bathroom. The host offered bottle of wine, water in the fridge and snacks. Perfect stay. Thanks.”
