My apartment is exactly 123 meters from the sea! in the most exclusive area of Costa Rei, at the Free Beach Residence, located directly on the beach in the center of Costa Rei. Included are basic services such as air conditioning, full linens and beach towels, private wifi, reserved covered parking. Also available for families with children are crib, playpen, high chair all free of charge! The 41 m² apartment (with outdoor area) is an open space, ideal for a COUPLE OF ADULTS with up to 2 CHILDREN/TEENAGERS, sleeping a total of 4 people in 2 beds, one double (2 adults) and one queen-size (2 children or 1 adult). However, it is also possible to use the playpen and a cot for 1 child up to 3 years of age free of charge. An additional folding bed is available on request, also free of charge. Please look carefully at the pictures for the layout and space; the two beds are located in separate areas in a single room without dividing walls or doors. You don't have to worry about extra expenses, here you have everything included! The PRIVATE BEACH has direct access, with SUN UMBRELLA BEDS. Your car will have COVERED PARKING, assigned to the apartment INSIDE the residence in a dedicated area just a few dozen meters from the house, and not on the street (quite a difference from those who offer you outdoor street parking and maybe hundreds of meters away and maybe for a fee). Why choose my apartment ON THE BEACH in Costa Rei? If you decide to take a beach vacation, really take it by the sea! Most accommodations in Costa Rei are located far from the sea. Don't settle for the “Sea View” that everyone offers, the so-called sea view is even 1km away on the hill of Monte Nai! The problem, however, is that you will always have to use your car for every smallest movement and you will also have to look for parking, a heroic feat in the summer season. Always check carefully the location of the facility you choose because this parameter will condition your whole vacation for better or worse. The apartment I called SARDESIDENCE (Sardinia apartment in Residence) is located in the Free Beach residence directly on the beach in Costa Rei. The residence is located at 8 Marco Polo Street and is next to the Free Beach Club village but remains a different structure formed by apartments of private individuals. It shares the same beach, the same sea, available 'direct access to the private beach with lifeguard. I invite you to look at the Google map where you will find SARDESIDENCE and check the location of the structure: you will notice that within a few hundred meters there are all the stores that can serve you, from markets, restaurants, pizzerias, newsstands, butcher shops, fishmongers, pharmacies, ATMs. You can get around Costa Rei on foot, leaving your car safely parked inside the residence, you can go down to the beach and choose the umbrella you prefer, in 2 minutes you'll be back home in the cool, it's like having the sea outside your door! Free beach means crowding, or do you prefer your own private space? Where no one can disturb you? Private beach service with lifeguard is available from June 15 to September 15.The umbrellas present are subject to availability, are not assigned, and you can choose the one you prefer. Sunbeds and chairs are assigned and reserved for the apartment, numbered, and available in designated spaces near the beach access. During the period when the beach service will not be active you will always find private umbrella provided by me.
