We arrived pretty late but the owner was very friendly and helpful. The appartement was really big and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We would recommend the appartement! You can get a really good breakfast in the Bar L'incontro!
ItalyAppartment was very clean. It is big and bright. The bathroom is big and very tidy. The location is super. You also have free parking nearby. You have to climb some stairs, but you enjoy the view while walking. The owner is friendly, gives you advise, sends you to a good pizza place. All together I would highly recommend it to anybody who wants to discover ancient small towns.

L' appartamento di 53mq è situato al secondo piano, luminoso con 4 grandi finestre, i soffitti a volta danno una piacevole sensazione di spazio aperto, la posizione comoda in pieno centro antico, consente all'ospite di lasciare l'auto al vicino parcheggio e usufruire facilmente dei servizi offerti dalla città, ristoranti, negozi e market. l' appartamento ha soffitti a volta e pavimenti in cotto antico ed e' composto da: un ampio soggiorno con con cucina completa con piastre a induzione e un divano letto per 2 persone TV e caminetto, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo e infine dal bagno con disimpegno. Servizi: forno elettrico, frigorifero, piastre a induzione, lavastoviglie, biancheria per letti e per bagno, un ventilatore per stanza, un lettino per bambini e un seggiolone su richiesta.
Facilmente raggiungibile da " PORTA A SELCI " tramite auto, entrando dalla porta circa 100 metri sulla vostra sinistra; è possibile anche avere su richiesta il permesso per entrare nella zona ZTL (da Porta a Selci a Porta Fiorentina) per raggiungere l' appartamento per scarico/carico bagagli mi serve solo il vostro numero di targa che comunicherò ai vigili, perché all' entrata delle porte ci sono le telecamere che controllano le targhe. Per trovare il luogo esatto inserire su google maps GIARDINO DEI PRIORI, appena arrivate potete suonare il campanello MILITELLO - OCCHIPINTI. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche il parcheggio gratuito di DOCCIOLA circa 10 minuti a piedi facendo una scalinata altrimenti il parcheggio LA DOGANA a pagamento a 5 minuti a piedi. LA TASSA DI SOGGIORNO DA PAGARE IN LOCO CORRISPONDE A 1,50 EURO A PERSONA PER SOGGIORNO FINO A UN MASSIMO DI 3 GIORNI CONSECUTIVI, NON è APPLICABILE AI MINORI FINO AL 12° ANNO COMPRESO.
