Relax in this quiet space in one of the most characteristic streets in the historic centre of Pietrasanta. This small, rustic-style flat is equipped with everything you need to fully enjoy your holiday! Below the house you will find bars, restaurants, art galleries and shops. Everything can be reached in less than 2 minutes by foot. At 6-7 minutes by car from the main beaches of Versilia, easily reachable also by bicycle. The flat is located on the first floor without lift of a building in the historic centre of Pietrasanta. The flat consists of: large entrance hall, spacious double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large living area with kitchen.
Below the house you will find bars, restaurants, art galleries and shops. Everything can be reached in less than 2 minutes by foot. At 6-7 minutes by car from the main beaches of Versilia, easily reachable also by bicycle.
