Under 1 mile from train station, right on water though entrance on other side, not inviting. Very spacious, though costlier than other Italian aptmts pretty decent value for 3 bedrooms. Owner was good at communicating and giving clear instructcons, but didn't meet us. Not really nec'ry b/c gave door codes.

The location is great... walking distance from the train and perfect location to discover Venice. The rooms were comfortable and the AC was great. It is a spacious place with everything you would need. I would highly recommend this apartment!!!!

United States of AmericaA beautiful apartment with everything you might need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, clean towels, toiletries and even slippers The host was very acomodating to our needs and the apartment was very clean. All the bedrooms were very roomy and had their own closet. The views from the bedroom windows were stunning. The apartment is located very near to Piazzale Roma, making it very easy to access when arriving and leaving with luggage. The checkin was done via phone code, which made it very convenient given our early hour arrival.

IrelandThe keys were put away in a little box at the door of the appartment. The appartment is handy as it is close by a nice square were you can eat and drink locally.
