Two entire apartments of about 70 square meters each (750 sq. ft.), centrally located, just ten-minute walk from Walther square ("navel" of Bolzano), next to the Ritten plateau cable car and convenient both to visit the city and for excursions in the surrounding area. During the Christmas season, the nearby Walther square is the main area of the Christmas Market. If you are our guests, you can use buses & cableways for free & get free access to more than 90 museums and castles: guests over age 6 receive a Bolzano Card Plus. Meals and breakfast are not provided.
Hi, I’m Fabio. My wife and I rent two flats in Bolzano to tourists. We are parents of two children, and with us families with children, single guests, couples and small groups are welcome.
The house is right next to the cableway leading in 12 minutes to the enchanting Ritten plateau (famous for its earth pyramids), it's near the E5 European long distance path and the Oswald promenade and just behind the Magdalener vineyard. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the Karersee (Carezza lake). Opposite the building, there is a Eurospin supermarket and a Hackhofer bakery and coffee shop (currently closed). In the same building of the apartment there is a large store of organic products (Naturalia) and a well-stocked wine bottle dealer (Vinum). Just in front of the building, there is an indoor garage for a fee (max. 16 Euro/day). Included in the price, each guest over age 6 receives a Bolzano Bozen Card Plus. This card provides many services and advantages for visiting Bolzano and its surroundings: • the free use of all public transport and the main cableways of the South Tyrol, • the entry to more than 90 museums and castles • and much more. The train station is about a ten-minute walk. The nearest bus stop is about 100 meters (1/16 mi.) away; the main bus station is about a five-minute walk.
