perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle but very close to the central of Venice,pictures on the website true to the actual accommodation, spacious apartment,comfortable beds,amazing and knowledgeable host! unfortunately we had have to cut our stay a bit shorter due to the given circumstances with C19 restrictions. Highly recommend as it is place with soul not just average four walls plus the bed Fantastic stay!
United KingdomThe apartment is nicely equipped in a combination of new and older furniture with a nice balcony in a quiet area in walking distance to Accademy and other Vaporeto stations. The beds are also very comfortable. The only downside are mosquitoes but Nina provides some helpful antidote.
GermanyNina was kind enough to pick us up at the vaporetto stop and take us to the apartment. Beforehand, she had told us where to park our car and which line of water bus we should take, making the trip very easy. The apartment is very bright and very quiet, with a nice view. Elegantly decorated and comfortable. It is located in the heart of Venice, but out of the way of the tourist crowds, near the canals as well as near the lagoon. A supermarket nearby where you can do your shopping.

Obergeschoss ohne Fahrstuhl (kein historisches Gebaeude). Hervorragende Lage mit kurzen Fusswegen zu 3 Vaporettostationen: Salute, Spirito Santo, Zattere. Academia Museum und -Bruecke, sowie Peggy Guggenheim Museum 5-10 Fussweg-Minuten entfernt.
