La struttura è la più vicina al centro del lago e gode di una ventilazione eccellente. Davanti casa partono le due passeggiate pedonali una verso nord e una verso sud, perfettamente in mezzo.
Viviamo qui da ormai 50 anni siamo nati qui e conosciamo ogni anfratto ogni persona del luogo, possiamo offrivi dritte su quello che desiderate, da escursioni a piedi a gite in traghetto a gite in auto.............di tutto.
Vicini alla nostra struttura c'è la passeggiata sul lungo lago e abbiamo un ampio giardino dove potete anche mangiare, un giardino attrezzato con tavoli sedie sdraio, cosi grande è raro in questo paese e ancora di più nella zona lago, ma siamo anche a pochi passi dal centro e dal supermercato, fruttivendolo ecc...
