Er hangen 2 airco's zodat alle ruimtes heerlijk koel gehouden kunnen worden. En als je buiten wilt zitten dan is er een terras met zitje aan de binnenzijde van het gebouw. Hier bevindt zich ook een aparte wasruimte, voor als je tijdens je vakantie een was wilt draaien.

The owners of the Tirrenia Hotel in Viareggio, the Lazzeretti family, who have been engaged in their business for forty-five years, have decided to meet the new demands of the summer and winter tourist market during the famous Viareggio carnival. For this reason, they have decided to manage the Vaniglia apartments, furnished and tailored for a family clientele with the need for more flexible or more independent stays at any time of the year. The hotel staff takes care of checking in the apartment and explaining and explaining the rules of management. It also intervenes, on request, for daily or weekly cleaning and is available, at the hotel reception, for information and suggestions on what to do during your stay in Versilia and its surroundings.

VANILLA APARTMENTS represent a set of 2 brand new VANIGLIA and VANIGLIA first floor apartments. These are 2 functional and bright apartments in the tourist heart of Viareggio, in a totally renovated building. They are the optimal solution for long summer holidays or short stays in the city center near the market and a stone's throw from the promenade for families with children but also for couples who like large spaces to share with friends. They have been made with valuable materials, insulating windows and the creation of large illuminating windows, make everyday life inside our apartments particularly pleasant. Air conditioning, wi-fi internet access and a balcony at the back, equipped as a laundry, complete the daily needs. The rooms have their own fine linens as well as the excellent quality of the towel sponge. Customers can take advantage of an agreement on daily and weekly rates with a beach establishment located on the seafront of Viareggio where it is possible to rent sun beds by the sea or umbrellas and chairs.

The apartments are located in the tourist area and in the center just 100 meters from the beaches, in the heart of Viareggio, a few steps from the sea and the famous promenade full of cafés, shops and restaurants. Nearby is also the central market, Piazza Cavour at 100 meters and with its pedestrian streets where in summer, in the evening, it is a place for aperitifs and chats.
