All my apartments are cared for and regularly monitored to ensure that present themselves always in excellent condition, follow the cleaning personally because I consider essential in my work. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable but any suggestion to improve and always welcome and are always available to my guests in case there are any problems or special requests.
Hello I am Livia I love traveling and learning about new cultures, I love my job to which I devote a lot of passion, and I consider it as a hobby because it takes up most of my time. I love animals especially dogs and I love good wine and good food !!
San Lorenzo is an incredible area full of contradictions, you can find and meet the artist at the distinguished professor, the Roman true to the stranger, the older people of the historic district to the young student of University. The clubs and restaurants are numerous and different, even at midnight seems to be in broad daylight and the neighborhood is in full swing. In this area you can eat really well and enjoy the real and genuine Italian cuisine: If you want to indulge in a culinary pampering you can go to the "Trattoriola di Luca" next to the apartment and be delighted by the tasty, genuine and typical Italian dishes prepared by the Chef: Luca is the owner and the Chef and will guide you in what can be defined as a true experience of the senses. In the heart of San Lorenzo you will find "Osteria da Marcello" which has been carrying on the great tradition of Roman cuisine since 1961 with a menu full of typical dishes that contain ancient flavours. Another place that you will not forget if you enter this enchanting location is SAID, the Ancient Chocolate Factory since 1923. It is located in Via Tiburtina, 135. Just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, you will immerse yourself in the world of chocolate and you will be enveloped by the scent and taste. Fully furnished with antique machinery and confectionery tools, you can enjoy a variety of excellent handcrafted products. Are you an ice cream lover? Then I suggest you to taste the one produced by hand and with excellent raw materials of our territory in the "Gelato San Lorenzo" laboratory in Via Tiburtina 6. You will be delighted!!!
