The Family Apartment Cesa Collina is located right next to the centre of Ortisei, the panoramic and sunny position , combined with proximity to the centre ( approx. 300 metres on foot ) , makes it a strategic location for all kinds of activities and holidays. The first supermarket, shops and restaurants are just approx. 300 metres from the house on foot , and the next skibus stop is 30 metres away. In winter the Seceda ski lift can also be easily reached on foot, as "la Curta " escalator, which takes you to the bottom station of the cable car , is approx 300 metres from the house . There you will find the skipass and ski rental shops and the famous ski school Ortisei . From Seceda you can access the entire Dolomiti Superski area and also reach the legendary Sellaronda. Also the Alpe di Siusi and Rasciesa, you can reach by foot or takle the skibus, who stops right next to the house ( 50 m. ) The FAMILY APARTMENT for 04 pax has two bedrooms, a full equiped kitchen/living room with veranda(loggia), flat sat-tv and 1 bathroom and with 1 parking space in front of the house . Our clients can also use our garden with sunbeds in summer time and a deposit for sporting equipment (bycicle,ski...etc.) with shoe dryer. Our house is situated on the most preferred walking way of Ortisei, the legendary Trenker Promenade . Bedlinen and bath towels ( weekly change)are also included in the price. free entry to the swimmingfacilities Mar Dolomit with steam sauna and free tickets for the pubblic transport in Val Gardena for the whole stay . The owners are skiinstructors of the famous Ski School in Ortisei, Mountainbike and Alpin guide, and live in Ortisei since they was born.
