Archirafi has a cozy & informal style & is located in Torre Archirafi, a little fishing villa near Acireale on the Jonian coast. This house is located at only 100 meters from the pebble beach and it is perfect for couples or family with children. The house has a kitchen with dining area, a sitting are with sofa bed and double bedroom with bathroom. The exterior is caractherized by a swimming pool surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, where guests can enjoy some alfresco meals. Private parking. The property offers a typical Sicilian style, very warm and welcoming. The brightness of the rooms undoubtedly makes them unique and the typical Mediterranean garden allows you to fully enjoy the swimming pool (11 x 5 meters & 1,5 meter deep) Guests have access to all areas of the house, the garden is shared because the owner lives in the adjacent unit. She is very discreet and, of course, will not use the pool during the guests' stay (therefore for their exclusive use). Important information regarding the property: - all the guests must confirm their identity by producing a valid identity document which will be registered to the police, and the group leader, will sign the licence agreement to cover the stay at the Accommodation. - at the end of the stay, the guests had to leave the house Property in good condition, the final cleaning is included in the total rate but we kindly ask you to leave trash & let the fridge empty. - to avoid abuse of electricity consumption, the total rate includes electricity consumption for a “normal use” (hot water, oven, hairdryer, AC, etc) equal to 85 kwh per week; over its expected to pay the extra consumption at a cost of 0,30 euros per kwh. At the check-out, the owner inspects the house and checks the electricity consumption. For security, all the children should not be left alone on the pool & on the outdoor area. Only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking can use the internal and external spaces of the house.
