This place is located in the best part of Rome. Everything is in your walking distance. Great places to visit, to eat or just to walk. The room and bathroom is in amazing Italian design. The owner is very helpful and nice. Arianna, thank you for my stay in Rome

The hotel is in a super good position, just next to the Castel Santa Angelo. We lived in the room which shows in the picture exactly, we could see a gorgeous building just outside the window. And Arianna is a great lady, she gives a map and introduced all the famous points for us. It is the first time we go around a strange city without using google map! Overall it is a great place worth to stay in Rome. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Arianna's luxury rooms for 3 nights and my stay was just perfect, indications and contacts were clear and easy, reception was perfect despite my late arrival and location very central. My room was definitely above expectations and well above the similar structures I have stayed in during this year. Arianna is professional and charming and the structure is spotless, warm and beautifully furnished. What else can be said, it just made my stay in Rome so pleasant that I was sorry to leave. I sincerely recommend the structure and will definitely go back at my next trip to Rome.

To be honest I was positively impressed for several things. Was definitely one of my best stay experience that I ever had travelling around. The house was massively amazing, like a small royal palace. Everything extremely cleaned and new, and there is nothing more beautiful than waking up in the morning and see all the historical center from the window. The feature that impressed me the most was the attention to the details - the room was like an elegant suite and the bed was super comfortable. The toilet spik and span. I have been welcomed perfectly and the stuff is professional, and so warm-hearted, everything was STUNNING especially in terms of price. I want to suggest everyone which are going to Rome, to stay to Arianna’s guest house because is really the best apartment where I‘ve ever been in Roma!

En primer lugar la atención de Arianna y Matteo fue espectacular, nos mostró los lugares mas emblemáticos además de facilitarnos un mapa, la limpieza es magnifica ademas de cada detalle que deja, la ubicación perfecta, intermedio a todos los monumentos. La struttura è situata in una posizione ottimale sia per poter visitare la città che per la vista mozzafiato sul Tevere.. I ragazzi dello staff sono stati più che gentili e hanno cercato di rendere più piacevole possibile la nostra permanenza.. Ho fatto loro una richiesta per una piccola sorpresina al mio ragazzo che Arianna ha realizzato benissimo, forse meglio di come avrei fatto io! Insomma lo consiglio vivamente e sono sicura che quando tornerò a Roma andrò li😘
