Very close to the airport and the host offered a ride to the airport early in the morning - that was nice of him. Very simple accommodation, but suitable for one night if you need to be at the airport early in the morning.
Set in a residential building in Ciampino, Adriatic Room I offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and LCD TV.

I went through Ciampino to get to Malta, its a small airport and was great to get in and out of. DO NOT USE UBER IN OR OUT, THEY WILL DROP YOU INSTANTLY AND NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AFTER YOU ORDER A RIDE.

Great small and quiet town near Rome.
Great small and quiet town near Rome. The people are friendly and everything is close at hand - nice cafeterias and restaurants, shops and a train station from which you can take a train straight to Roma Termini and it's only 15 minutes ride. Really nice place to stay at.

Ciampino is a small town.
Ciampino is a small town. We couldn't find any area for sightseeing but our aim was Roma and the most important fact that the traffic (the train) was very good and fast. The time was max. 15 minutes from Ciampino to Roma Termini (Roma center).
The airport is close to Ciampino as well (max. 10 minutes) by Airlink bus.
So, Ciampino the best location for those who are seeking an accomodation close to Rome and the airport, and they want to sleep cheap for few days.

It is excellent for a base for Rome via the train and bus service there. There are plenty of good restaurants that are cheaper than the centre of Rome. The supermarket there is very good if you are self-catering. It is quick and easy to get to the airport

Travelers should stay near Roma termini.
Travelers should stay near Roma termini. Everything you you will get near termini. Finding transportation at night time is not available either from Roma to ciampino or ciampino to termini. Only train is available at affordable price with long intervals.
If you want to hassle free trip at Rome please don’t stay ciampino.

Ciampino is kinda isolated from the city.
Ciampino is kinda isolated from the city. The airport has a fast security track so you just need to be in the airport about 40 minutes before the gate open. The public transports when lefting the terminal are just awful, they don´t arrive in time and it can affect your overral experience in Rome. The 720 bus service, linked with roma pass, jumped 4 scheduled times, so if you are planning to take this bus just think in catching another one.
If you miss your flight, this is most probably a good place to stay, given its proximity to the airport and Ciampino train station (5-min walk) where the airport bus stops. Rome is also easy to reach, only 18 mins by train and costs 1.50 EUR. A big plus was that it was available at short notice in the evening when we realized we will not make it to our connecting flight. We were welcomed into the facility fast and efficiently. Please note that it is B&B which in reality is one apartment in the apartment building.
Our host kept in touch before our arrival day, met us at the property to hand over the keys and explain everything.
The apartment is very well equipped, with aircon, comfy beds, toiletries and two balconies.
The location is perfect - a 5 minute stroll to the train station (past an excellent pizza take-away!) from where you can either get quick shuttle to Ciampino Airport or catch the train (two stops) to the Termini in the centre of Rome - very convenient and hassle-free
Easy to arrive from the Casabianca train station (only 8 min walking) and from Ciampino train station it is 20 min walking distance.
Room and bathroom cleaned every day, easy contact with the owner, easy check in / check out, spacious rooms.
Near supermarkets and restaurants.
Massimo (the owner) gave us directions and instructions about Rome and Ciampino, also arranged the Taxi to my family return to the Airport.
Good value for money
In advance of our arrival there was plenty of information about the access and when we phoned for help entering the building communication was easy.
The apartment was exceptionally clean and the fridge stocked with all that we needed, including fresh milk.
The station opposite gives very easy access to Rome central and there are regular shuttle buses to Ciampino airport across the road.
Very basic close to hostel style property, poor sound isolation, oldfashion design, not close to airport at all!
Do not stay there with the idea to get to airport by walking, it is impossible. We took then transfer for 15 eur.
We recommend to stay in Rom and take taxi for 30 eur to airport Ciampino.
This is not a hotel, but hostel. Simple and basic. But not for 79 eur night!
Wonderful accommodation. The location is outstanding. Literally less than 100 meters from the main train and bus station. The bus to Ciampino airport also stops there. The train to the termini station in Rome costs 1.5 euros and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes. The host is very kind. We got breakfast and cold water in the fridge, coffee and juice awaited us.
We were three people and we stayed for four nights. The apartment was great, and it is close to the Ciampino train station. We took the train daily back and forth between Ciampino and Rome and it was great (it takes 15 minutes, but sometime there are delays or cancelations). I highly recommend this as a place to stay for visiting Rome if you don't mind the commute.
Communication was really 24/7 - i got an instant response at 2 am
When we got a shuttle to airport early in the morning owner checked with us, if all ok, when we arrived to airport
There were things like cake from the wife, water, beer, juice, tea, etc super nice!!!
Super clean
Self check in
Perfect for close to airport accommodation really, clean, safe and comfy
Offer of pick-up from airport, which we took up, was a bonus. Maurizio was very helpful. Train station next door to hotel, ideal location for getting into Rome. Lovely restaurant almost opposite. Room basic but comfortable, ideal for a one night stop-over if arriving too late into Ciampani to travel to Rome same evening or have early morning flight.
For me personally, I wanted accommodation close to Ciampino airport because I had an early morning flight. Carlo the owner offered to take me. The accommodation is a pretty spacious apartment, with a large balcony, above a good pizzeria. From the station it was approximately a 10 min walk, exit the station on the John F. Kennedy Avenue side.
Really good location and easy to get to/from Ciampino airport. The host was lovely and suggested some great places to get dinner even though we arrived late in the evening. Breakfast is fairly basic (pre-packaged croissants, yoghurt etc.) but lots of it and a good selection.
The front desk lady was very accommodating compared to any place I've stayed at in Italy. The suite was right next to the airport so I only had to take a quick taxi ride to the airport which was nice. Bathroom was spacious and the bed was really comfy.
Our room was large and well equipped. There was a hot pot in the room to make tea and coffee and water was provided in the mini-fridge.
Casa Lollobrigida is close to the Ciampino train station where you can take the bus to the airport in 5 minutes.
Location- near to the train station and bus station to the airport.
We had welcome drink: coffee, tea, water, beer, croissant.
Balcony is very nice and bed is very comfortable
The reception staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is quite good for an early morning flight from Ciampino Airport. The hotel arranged a taxi for us.
